propaganda soaps are made with olive or rice bran oil, coconut oil, palm oil, shea butter, fragrance and/or essential oils, distilled water & sodium hydroxide. specific soap formulations may include ground nuts, seeds, herbs & spices, ground loofa or pumice, coconut milk, honey, cosmetic grade oxides, micas, & FD&C colorants.

while lard made fine soaps for our grandmothers, we prefer to use plant oil and butters. any and all animal products will be clearly noted.  

our soaps are made in 3 pound batches and while we strive to maintain a consistency in fragrance, we like the freedom to play with the visuals. simply put, soap color may vary slightly from batch to batch. 

because our soap is hand cut, wrapped and labeled, the weight of each bar will vary. bars generally range from 2 to 4 ounces, but most are 3 to 3.5 ounces. as pricing is set by the ounce, we round down to the nearest quarter of an ounce. Let us know if you want a larger or smaller bar and we’ll confirm the weight & price.

until we are able to standardize the bar size and/or weight, we would like to limit the bar size to no less than 2 ounces. This will allow us to precut bars, package & wrap them at the same time.
