our limited edition this time around was the first scent liz came up with when she was working on what became andromeda in lotion (and bath silk) and funhouse soap. a lovely scent but not exactly what she had wanted. one sniff of this luscious elixir and sunshine & lollipops was all I could think of. the scent of afternoon sunshine and a golden summer tan – back before we knew it wasn’t a great idea. a sweet blend of youthful abandon and adult sophistication. if the sunbathing dolores in kubrick’s lolita was a soap she’d be sunshine and lollipops. similar notes of caramel, cream & custard – with a decidedly impulsive side. available in soap only.

as much fun as summer can be, a day at the beach or a long day hike can leave you feeling hot & sticky. to combat this, we give you powder for the people, a silky absorbent powder. perfect for layering, this silky dust for has been designed to compliment the propaganda scents you know and love. the four new “ladies” are available as powder for the people only and quantities are limited for this initial powder offering:

SOFIA, the curvaceous italian goddess whose war-ravaged formative years prepared her with the self assurance to venture beyond the empty headed actress stereotype. she was known for both her sharp wit, insight and passione del vita. sofia remains an inspiration as someone content to model nude at age 72 and fend off the romantic advances of both an infatuated peter sellers and cary grant in their heyday.

sofia’s zesty blend of champagne, citrus & ginger blended with dark bittersweet chocolate & peppered with chili peppers, cloves & a wisp of tobacco is perfect atop skin scented with the movie star, dolce piccante di amore, cassiopeia & bikini atoll.

MAHARANI, the female equivalent to the maharaja in states where it was customary for a woman to rule in succession to her husband or in her own right, denoted separate noble and religious offices in many of the indian states under british colonial rule at the turn of the century. maharani is a warm gender-neutral scent with both masculine & feminine notes for the days you want to send mixed messages about the balance of power.
